Islamabad, Sep 07 (TNS): Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi visited the residence of Shaheed Captain Junaid Irfan in Rawalpindi on Friday and paid tributes to the martyr for rendering his life for the security of the homeland.
Speaking on the occasion, the Foreign Minister said the entire nation is proud of its martyrs who gave their lives for a better future of the country.
He said the vibrant nations always remember their martyrs. He said these are our personnel who registered unprecedented successes in the war on terrorism which others could not do despite in possession of modern technology.
The Foreign Minister said Prime Minister Imran Khan will also visit the family of a martyr in Muzaffarabad today. The Prime Minister will then visit the Line of Control and spend the Defense of Pakistan day with the soldiers and officers of Pakistan Army.
