Islamabad, Nov 22 (TNS): Minister for National Health Services Amir Mehmood Kiyani has said that the government is launching Nursing University besides establishing four new hospitals in the federal capital.
Speaking in a programme of a private news channel, he said land has been acquired for the construction of Nursing University in Islamabad.
The Minister said an amount of ten billion rupees will be spent on construction of Nursing University, which is imperative for providing best medical facilities to the patients.
To a question about health cards, he said these cards are being issued to the poor people living in far-flung and less developed areas of the country.
To another question, Amir Mehmood Kiyani said mobile hospitals would start functioning soon in Sindh to cater to the needs for less developed parts of the province.
