Islamabad June 3 (TNS): Hussain Nawaz, the elder son of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, on Saturday appeared before the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) — formed by the Supreme Court to probe the money trail and the foreign holdings of the Sharif family — for the fourth time.
He has already provided the relevant documents and details of business transactions to the JIT, which put him to a grueling questioning each time he appeared.
It is not clear what has so far transpired during the investigation as neither the JIT nor the prime minister’s sons have shared anything with the media.
Earlier, Hassan Nawaz, who was carrying a huge bundle of files with him appeared before the JIT. He was questioned for long seven hours.
Hassan Nawaz did not talk to the anxious media persons, who had been waiting for Hassan Nawaz hoping to have a chat with, however, the security staff pushed the ‘advancing’ journalists and cameramen, who struggled to take the best shot of the prime minister’s son.
