Hindu Yatris laud Pakistan’s initiative of opening Kartarpur Corridor

Lahore, Nov 25 (TNS): A delegation of fifty-one Hindu yatris has arrived in Lahore through Wagah border on a ten day visit.

Senior officials of Evacuee Trust Property Board welcomed them on their arrival.

The Hindu yatris would perform their religious rituals in Mirpur Mathelo at Shadani Darbar and also visit Sukkur Sadhu Bela and Ghokti Mandir.

Talking to media on the occasion, the Hindu Yatris said the steps taken by Pakistan government for renovation of their temples are commendable.

They said Prime Minister Imran Khan’s initiative of opening the Kartarpur Corridor has proved that he wants peace in the region.
