Tenders for these two sub-sectors will be floated in a week period and work is likely to resume in last week of January, 2022.<br \/>\nDev works in other 2 sub-sectors are already underway.<\/p>\n<p>Also, development of Sector I-12 is on priority list of the Authority. And estimation for various works in all sub-sectors of the sector is in process and tenders for this will also be floated in 10 days period wherafter works will be starting in first week of February 2022. <\/p>\n<p>Development of these two sectors will enable the Authority to hand over possession of plots to those allottees who have waited since years to construct a house in Islamabad.<\/p>\n<p>Cda is targeting to award development works in balance e-12 in January and float tenders for I-12 early January.
