{"id":122333,"date":"2025-07-08T18:32:55","date_gmt":"2025-07-08T13:32:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=122333"},"modified":"2025-07-08T18:32:55","modified_gmt":"2025-07-08T13:32:55","slug":"islamabad-tns-cda-sets-new-standard-with-record-developmental-projects-in-ict-piyass-survey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=122333","title":{"rendered":"ISLAMABAD (TNS) CDA sets new standard with record developmental projects in ICT: Piyass Survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, Jul 8 (TNS): A recent survey by Piyass International Human Rights has found overwhelming public and expert support for the Capital Development Authority\u2019s (CDA) performance regarding development projects in federal capital Islamabad.<br \/>\nThe survey praised CDA\u2019s leadership under Chairman CDA, Chief Commissioner Islamabad, and Director General Civil Defence Muhammad Ali Randhawa for delivering development, said a press release issued here on Tuesday.<br \/>\nThe survey collected responses from over 10,000 participants, including business leaders, economists, educationists, real estate professionals, construction industry representatives, and the general public.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-45624 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.dailybigdigit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/WhatsApp-Image-2025-07-05-at-22.45.21_b6341cf9-1-222x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"222\" height=\"300\" \/><br \/>\nThe findings reflected strong confidence in the current leadership and appreciated the efforts of the CDA in completing several major development projects in the city and suburban areas using its limited resources.<br \/>\nAmong the projects highlighted were the construction and repair of roads, new underpasses, signal-free corridors, sector development, installation of streetlights, conversion to energy-efficient lighting, beautification of link roads and other beautification projects.<br \/>\nAccording to engineers and urban planning specialists, CDA\u2019s development model has become a benchmark for effective, transparent, and sustainable urban planning.<br \/>\nThey described the authority\u2019s strategy as not only practical but also a potential template for similar initiatives across the country.<br \/>\nOn this occasion, Chairman Piyass International Human Rights Rana Imran Latif said that the authority has delivered visible results within a limited budget.<br \/>\nHe also lauded CDA for ensuring transparency, self-reliance, and planning in development works which reflects a responsible use of public funds and sets a new standard for governance.<br \/>\nHe further added that the recent developmental changes in Islamabad will not only improve the quality of life for residents but also serve as a national example of how public institutions can achieve progress through integrity, planning, and financial discipline.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, Jul 8 (TNS): A recent survey by Piyass International Human Rights has found overwhelming public and expert support for the Capital Development Authority\u2019s (CDA) performance regarding development projects in federal capital Islamabad.
