ISLAMABAD (TNS) The Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan Reza Amiri Moghadam has thanked the Pakistani hospitality during the visit of Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and a high-level delegation to Pakistan.
\nIranian Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghadam wrote in his post on the social networking site \u2018X\u2019 that \u2018I sincerely thank the government and people of the brotherly, friendly and neighboring country of Pakistan, who welcomed the delegation of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran with great warmth and generosity and extended hospitality.\u2019
\nThe Iranian Ambassador said that \u2018I especially deeply thank Prime Minister Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif, who played a prominent role in providing memorable and historic moments during this important visit.\u2019
\nThe Iranian Ambassador Reza Amiri Moghadam wrote that \u2018I also sincerely thank President Asif Ali Zardari, who hosted the Iranian delegation at the Presidential Palace.\u2019<\/p>\n

\nThe Iranian ambassador said that \u2018I also thank the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Pakistan, Muhammad Ishaq Dar, and his hard-working and professional colleagues in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who played a key role in the high-level management and coordination of this visit.\u2019
\nThe Iranian ambassador also expressed special gratitude to Mian Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif, who extended warm hospitality to the delegation in the historic and beautiful city of Lahore. Reza Amiri Moghadam also thanked Riaz Hussain Pirzada, Khawaja Asif, Jam Kamal Khan, Abdul Aleem Khan, Muhammad Raza Hayat Haraj and Attaullah Tarar, who made sincere efforts to promote bilateral relations in their respective fields and played an important role in finalizing 12 important memorandums of understanding.<\/p>\n
