Major (retd) Tahir Sadiq says Pakistan\u2019s freedom is a divine gift and the result of immense sacrifices, urging unity and youth-led progress.<\/p>\n

Former District Nazim of Attock, Major (retd) Tahir Sadiq, has marked Pakistan\u2019s 78th Independence Day by calling the country\u2019s independence \u201ca sacred trust\u201d that must be safeguarded for future generations.<\/p>\n

\"\"He described Pakistan as \u201ca divine blessing\u201d born of the \u201cunwavering struggle\u201d of the nation\u2019s forefathers. \u201cThis land was won at the cost of countless lives, displacement and hardship, yet the dream of freedom never dimmed,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

The former nazim said the celebrations send a message to the world that Pakistan is more than a geographical entity \u2014 it is \u201cthe embodiment of an indomitable will and a timeless ideology\u201d.<\/p>\n

\"\"\u201cPakistan exists, therefore we exist \u2014 for our hearts beat Pakistani,\u201d he remarked, calling on young people to equip themselves with education, integrity and hard work to lead the nation to \u201cnew heights of progress and prosperity\u201d.<\/p>\n
