\nMohsin Naqvi said that the PCB informed the ICC that the match referee had violated the ICC Code of Conduct and MCC rules. The Chairman PCB further said that the match referee should be removed from the Asia Cup immediately. The Asian Cricket Council is also likely to impose fines on the Indian team.
