Islamabad (TNS) In a shocking incident at a private school in Shanti Nagar, Khanewal, a school guard allegedly attempted to sexually assault a three-and-a-half-year-old girl. Under the direct command and supervision of DSP Sadar Circle Khalid Javed Joiya, SHO Sadar Police Station Shaban Goraia led a swift operation and arrested the accused within just three hours.
\nThe child\u2019s mother, Imtiaz Bibi, had come to the school to drop off another child when she found the classroom door locked from the inside. Upon knocking, she heard her young daughter screaming. As soon as the door opened, the guard, identified as Arshad son of Hanif, emerged and fled by jumping over the school boundary wall.
\nAn immediate alert was issued. DSP Khalid Javed Joiya personally supervised a lightning-fast quick response operation. SHO Shaban Goraia and his team conducted multiple raids and successfully apprehended the accused Arshad from a nearby village.
\nA case has been registered at Sadar Police Station Khanewal under relevant sections of the Pakistan Penal Code. The investigation is underway, and the child\u2019s medico-legal examination is being conducted.
