Islamabad(TNS) SP Saddar Zone directs intensified crackdown on criminal gangs and enhanced citizen services across police stations\u060cAccording to the details, Superintendent of Police (SP) Saddar Zone Khalid Mehmood Awan chaired an important meeting attended by all Station House Officers SHOs, of Saddar Zone. The meeting reviewed the individual performance of officers and discussed the overall law and order situation, crime prevention measures, the arrest of proclaimed and habitual offenders, progress on under-investigation cases, security arrangements, and the delivery of quality policing services to the public.SP Saddar Zone directed all officers to further intensify intelligence-led and targeted operations against criminal elements, particularly gangs involved in car and motorcycle theft, robbery, dacoity, and property crimes. He instructed the officers to ensure the early arrest of all members of such gangs and continue an indiscriminate crackdown against proclaimed and habitual offenders, while expediting the arrest of absconding accused and ensuring the timely disposal of cases strictly on merit.He further directed that service delivery at all police stations be strengthened under the Special Initiative Police Stations (SIPS) protocol. Officers were instructed to maintain a professional and courteous attitude towards citizens and ensure the prompt resolution of public complaints. He emphasized that modern policing, effective supervision, and teamwork must be utilized to further improve crime prevention and continue strict legal action against all lawbreakers.SP Saddar Zone stated that protecting the lives and property of citizens, maintaining law and order, and ensuring the effective enforcement of the law remain the foremost priorities of Islamabad Police. He made it clear that any negligence, misconduct, or unprofessional attitude in security duties, operational responsibilities, or public service would not be tolerated.<\/p>\n
