The doctors there have confirmed that Justice Khosa indeed suffered a heart attack and he will undergo angioplasty. They added that two valves of the judge\u2019s heart were blocked, causing the heart attack. The doctors will try to open the clogged arteries using angioplasty and then decide whether the judge needs to undergo a surgery or not.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Khosa was part of the bench that declared in the April 20 verdict that Nawaz Sharif was not honest with the nation and the court. Likewise, his \u201cGodfather\u201d remarks during the proceedings of the case are still quoted in the media.<\/p>\n<p>The judge observed that the prime minister had deliberately suppressed relevant facts or he had conveniently allowed himself to go along with a false story advanced by his children.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cApart from that the alternate story about \u2018purchase\u2019 of the relevant properties in London propounded by him, which runs completely contrary to the story about acquisition of the said properties on the basis of a settlement of the business in Qatar, had not been substantiated by respondent No 1 (PM) through any tangible material,\u201d he further observed.<\/p>\n<p>The judge wondered that how a PM\u2019s son (Hussain Nawaz), who is settled in Saudi Arabia, with two wives and about half a dozen children, had been sending gifts of millions of rupees in cash to his father on a regular basis, and that too to a father who \u201cis quite rich and very famous\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD Aug. 29 (TNS): Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, who was part of the five-member Supreme Court bench that that disqualified Nawaz Sharif last month, suffered a heart attack on Tuesday.
