{"id":16808,"date":"2017-08-31T20:01:14","date_gmt":"2017-08-31T15:01:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=16808"},"modified":"2017-08-31T20:01:14","modified_gmt":"2017-08-31T15:01:14","slug":"key-terror-commander-apprehended-in-karachi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=16808","title":{"rendered":"Key terror commander apprehended in Karachi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Karachi, August 31 (TNS):<\/strong> A key commander of banned terror outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban\u00a0Swat has been arrested during an operation in West Zone area of Karachi.<\/p>\n<p>According to officials, terrorists\u2019 commander, Khursheed Alam, was involved in several heinous crimes including two murders and a large number of extortion activities.<\/p>\n<p>During the raid, police seized a Kalashnikov and a hand grenade from his possession.<\/p>\n<p>Official said the culprit had got training from Afghanistan and came to Karachi where he joined Ameer Akhtar Group and strengthened his network in the city.<\/p>\n<p>The following year, several terrorist activities were carried out in the city in which 17 policemen including a SHO were killed.
