Their father then dumped the body near Jinnah Hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The father is still at large and efforts for his arrest are under way, the police said.<\/p>\n<p>Multiple cases of rape of minors have emerged this year.<\/p>\n<p>A 13-year-old gave birth to a child in March after being raped at her teacher&#8217;s house in Rajanpur.<\/p>\n<p>In another harrowing case, an eight-year-old girl was found near a stream in Karachi after being sexually assaulted.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LAHORE Nov 01 (TNS): Police on Wednesday arrested two suspects, who are blood brothers, for allegedly raping and murdering a seven-year-old girl.
