{"id":28492,"date":"2017-11-02T16:36:33","date_gmt":"2017-11-02T11:36:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=28492"},"modified":"2017-11-02T16:36:33","modified_gmt":"2017-11-02T11:36:33","slug":"nab-karachi-raids-kda-office-arrests-two-staffers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=28492","title":{"rendered":"NAB Karachi raids KDA office, arrests two staffers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>KARACHI Nov 02 (TNS):<\/strong> The National Accountability Bureau (NAB), in a raid conducted at the Karachi Developmental Authority (KDA) office on Thursday, arrested two officials of the civic agency, sources informed Geo News.<\/p>\n<p>NAB took under-custody KDA Director General Syed Nasir Abbas at the site.<\/p>\n<p>The bureau questioned KDA staffers in presence of Abbas, who was handcuffed during the entire time of the raid.<\/p>\n<p>Kamran, in-charge record room of the KDA, and Abdullah, a director, were also taken into custody during the raid.<\/p>\n<p>During the search of charged parking office, NAB took documents into its possession as well.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-28497\" src=\"https:\/\/tns.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/165696_2229348_updates.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tns.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/165696_2229348_updates.jpg 700w, https:\/\/tns.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/165696_2229348_updates-300x171.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tns.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/165696_2229348_updates-696x398.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Earlier, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested Abbas over fraud charges.
