{"id":29474,"date":"2017-11-07T13:25:46","date_gmt":"2017-11-07T08:25:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=29474"},"modified":"2017-11-07T13:25:46","modified_gmt":"2017-11-07T08:25:46","slug":"casualties-feared-as-militants-storm-tv-station-in-kabul-reports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=29474","title":{"rendered":"Casualties feared as militants storm TV station in Kabul: reports"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>KABUL Nov 07 (TNS):<\/strong> A private television station in the Afghan capital of Kabul was attacked on Tuesday by gunmen who entered the building after an explosion, a staff member who witnessed the attack said.<\/p>\n<p>There was no immediate indication of casualties or the identity of the attackers.<\/p>\n<p>Witnesses say the attackers threw grenades and fired guns as they entered the Shamshad TV headquarters, according to the media reports.<\/p>\n<p>A reporter who managed to escape told the attackers were still inside the building with gunfire being heard.<\/p>\n<p>More than 100 employees are thought to be inside.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Some of my colleagues were killed and injured.
