{"id":30771,"date":"2017-11-14T01:03:25","date_gmt":"2017-11-13T20:03:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=30771"},"modified":"2017-11-14T01:03:25","modified_gmt":"2017-11-13T20:03:25","slug":"dg-sindh-rangers-rules-out-impression-of-being-involved-in-politics","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=30771","title":{"rendered":"DG, Sindh Rangers rules out impression of being involved in politics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Karachi, Nov. 14 (TNS):<\/strong> Amid uproar over alleged role of establishment in political groupings, top official of Sindh Rangers ruled out impression of being involved in politics.<\/p>\n<p>Rangers Sindh director general Major General Muhammad Saeed\u2019s remarks came soon after two political parties\u2019 alliance collapsed in less than 24 hours last week.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with a private news channel, the Rangers Sindh director general rejecting the claims, saying it is\u00a0a wrong impression that Rangers had given any guidelines to a political party.<\/p>\n<p>Major General Muhammad Saeed said it is political parties that make their decisions\u00a0for\u00a0making an alliance\u00a0with other groups or working independently.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is a wrong impression that Rangers\u00a0gives any guidelines to a political party,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The DG Rangers Sindh went on to say that the political parties can do their politics but there should be no violence. \u201d Our only\u00a0concern is that what had been in the past [violence in Karachi before 2013] should not be done again,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>Maj Gen Saeed\u00a0said the MQM-P and PSP had been in contact for the last eight months. \u201cThere are cases against MQM-P leaders and we have not retreated a single inch on that.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Karachi, Nov. 14 (TNS): Amid uproar over alleged role of establishment in political groupings, top official of Sindh Rangers ruled out impression of being involved in politics.
