According to details, security forces conducted a raid on intelligence report on a house in Turbat and rescued at least 18 hostages including 16 foreigners.\u00a0 Of the recovered foreigners, 15 belong to Nigeria, while one hails from Yemen, the sources stated, adding the foreigners sought to illegally travel to Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Sources informed media that the rescued foreigners and Pakistani nationals were involved in drug peddling and were trying to smuggle narcotics to Europe via Iran. Security forces also arrested two suspected kidnappers who kept these persons hostage in the house and also recovered arms from their possession. Further investigation is ongoing.
