and provide adequate and latest mode of transportation to the people of urban areas of province, Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday inaugurated the countries longest passageway on the allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Previously known as Chubacha Underpass and renamed as Beijing Bridge now to commemorate the contribution of China in Pakistan\u2019s development projects,<\/p>\n<p>The 1.3 km-long mega project, linking Dharampura to Mughalpura, via Mall Road to Harbanspura Road and coming to completion in just 125 days at the cost of Rs. 6.3 billion will provide smooth commuting to millions of people on daily basis.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-34715\" He added<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the picture of pagoda style traditional Chinese building has also been drawn on the underpass walls through tile work to demonstrate Chinese architectural elements.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the day, CM Punjab addressed a session through video link.
