He said that the agenda of the meeting was not to discuss his return to PML-N.<\/p>\n<p>Hashmi claimed that he had spent all his life working for the supremacy of the parliament. The politician said that respect of people\u2019s votes should be restored.<\/p>\n<p>It should be mentioned here that Javed Hashmi had joined PTI in 2012 only to quit the political party over two years later owing to differences with the leadership.<\/p>\n<p>Meeting of Nawaz Sharif and the former member of PML-N has come in today after news was afloat since last week about his return to the federally ruling party.<\/p>\n<p>However, he has denied that the meeting was about him rejoining Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz).<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, sources reported earlier today that Nawaz Sharif has invited the ex-member to rejoin the political front and he is to formally announce his return during a rally in Multan.<\/p>\n<p>Maryam Nawaz, interior minister Ahsan Iqbal and railways minister Khawaja Saad Rafique attended the meeting among others.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, Dec 04 (TNS): Veteran politician Javed Hashmi on Monday has denied that his meeting with Nawaz Sharif and other PML-N leaders was about his return back to the PML-N.
