Lahore, Jan. 3 (TNS):<\/strong> Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf leader Aleem Khan\u2019s owned builder company is illegally advertising a Housing Society named \u201cPark View Villas\u201d without approval from Civic Body.<\/p>\n

A Lahore-based real estate company, Vision Developers, owned by Aleem Khan had obtained the approval of the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) for a housing society \u2013 River Edge Housing Scheme.<\/p>\n

The company subsequently applied for NOC from the LDA for a new housing scheme \u2013 Park View Villas \u2013 which was denied by LDA for being located close to a riverbank, which could be prone to flooding.<\/p>\n

Despite this, Vision Developers advertised the new unapproved scheme under the deceptive name of \u2018Park View Villas at River Edge Housing Society\u2019, giving the impression that the new scheme was an extension of the earlier-approved River Edge Housing Scheme.<\/p>\n
