{"id":44424,"date":"2018-01-15T17:00:41","date_gmt":"2018-01-15T12:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=44424"},"modified":"2018-01-15T17:00:41","modified_gmt":"2018-01-15T12:00:41","slug":"4-soldiers-martyred-in-unprovoked-indian-firing-at-loc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=44424","title":{"rendered":"4 soldiers martyred in unprovoked Indian firing at LoC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>RAWALPINDI Jan 15 (TNS):<\/strong> As many as four soldiers of Pakistan Army have been martyred when Indian forces opened unprovoked fire across the Line of Control (LoC) in Kashmir Monday morning.<\/p>\n<p>According to the army&#8217;s media wing, ISPR, the soldiers were working on lines communication maintenance in the Jandrot and Kotli sectors of Azad Jammu and Kashmir when they were attacked with heavy mortar fire.<\/p>\n<p>The firing left all four soldiers dead.<\/p>\n<p>According to the ISPR, the Pakistan Army responded to the attack and killed three Indian soldiers and injured many others.<\/p>\n<p>India frequently opens unprovoked fire across the LoC, resulting in the martyrdom of civilians and army officials.<\/p>\n<p>On December 25, 2017, three Pakistan Army soldiers were martyred as Indian forces opened fire along the LoC&#8217;s Rakhchikri sector.<\/p>\n<p>One other soldier was injured in the unprovoked firing.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Foreign Office, India committed 70 ceasefire violations in the first 12 days of the year and 1,900 in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has strongly condemned the unprovoked firing by Indian security forces along LOC resulting in martyrdom of 4 security personnel of Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p>The Prime Minister paid tribute to the sacrifices of the security personnel for the motherland.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RAWALPINDI Jan 15 (TNS): As many as four soldiers of Pakistan Army have been martyred when Indian forces opened unprovoked fire across the Line of Control (LoC) in Kashmir Monday morning.
