The accused acted as finance secretary of M\/s Elixir Group and signed the Mudarbat names issued by the director Shahid Aziz (real brother of accused Yasir Aziz). The members of public at large alleged in their claims that the accused yasir aziz took the investment and aided his real brother to misappropriate the money.
