New Delhi, May 13 (TNS): A day after former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif\u2019s controversial statement over Mumbai attack,\u00a0Imran Khan\u00a0slammed the former for speaking “Indian PM\u00a0Narendra Modi’s language” to protect his wealth stashed in his son’s companies.<\/p>\n

“Nawaz Sharif is the modern-day Mir Jafar, who collaborated with the British to enslave his nation for personal gains. Nawaz speaking Modi’s language against Pakistan State simply to protect his ill-gotten Rs 300 billion stashed in his son’s companies abroad\u201d, Imran tweeted on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Khan was referring to Sharif’s interview where he had said that terrorist organisations were thriving in Pakistan and non-state actors were responsible for the series of coordinated attacks in Mumbai on November 26, 2008, which claimed over 160 lives.<\/p>\n
