Safdar will challenge the Avenfield reference verdict passed by Accountability Court yesterday in Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>The lawyer of the convicted, Khawaja Harris has prepared appeals against the accountability court\u2019s decision.
