{"id":71562,"date":"2018-07-14T12:21:49","date_gmt":"2018-07-14T07:21:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=71562"},"modified":"2018-07-14T12:21:49","modified_gmt":"2018-07-14T07:21:49","slug":"fia-issues-red-warrant-against-ishaq-dar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=71562","title":{"rendered":"FIA issues red warrant against Ishaq Dar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"\">ISLAMABAD, July 14 (TNS): Attorney general informed the Supreme Court on saturday, that\u00a0Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has issued a red warrant for the former finance minister of Pakistan Ishaq Dar.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The apex court comprised of a three-member\u00a0bench, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, heard the case regarding the former finance minister&#8217;s return to Pakistan.<\/p>\n<p>Attorney general further said that the red warrant was issued after the approval of Ministry of Interior Affairs, adding that FIA has forwarded the red warrant to Interpol.<\/p>\n<p>Moreover, the interior ministry submitted a reply over Dar&#8217;s return to the Supreme Court and stated that the former finance minister will be brought back with help from Interpol.<\/p>\n<p>Justice Sardar Tariq asked the attorney general regarding the update on seizing Dar&#8217;s property. &#8220;What has been done pertaining to seizing Dar&#8217;s foreign property,&#8221; he questioned.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The request to seize property has been attached with the red warrant,&#8221; attorney general told the court.<\/p>\n<p>The case has been adjourned for two weeks.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ISLAMABAD, July 14 (TNS): Attorney general informed the Supreme Court on saturday, that\u00a0Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has issued a red warrant for the former finance minister of Pakistan Ishaq Dar.
