Justice Ali Akbar Qureshi, while hearing the petition, forwarded it to the Chief Justice Lahore High Court. He has recommended that the Chief Justice LHC should constitute a larger bench to hear the petition.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier on July\u00a0 11, a plea against the sentence of former Prime Minister, Nawaz Sharif his daughter Maryam Nawaz and Captain Retried Safdar was lodged in Lahore High Court by Lawyers\u2019 Foundation for Justice through a renowned advocate, AK Dogar. Three-Time premier was sentenced according to such a law, which become void after the 18th amendment.
