{"id":73152,"date":"2018-07-24T15:16:27","date_gmt":"2018-07-24T10:16:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=73152"},"modified":"2018-07-24T15:16:27","modified_gmt":"2018-07-24T10:16:27","slug":"nacta-secp-ink-mou-to-curb-terror-financing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=73152","title":{"rendered":"NACTA, SECP ink MoU to curb terror financing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Islamabad, July 24 (TNS): In a major development, National Counter Terrorism Authority and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan on Tuesday signed a MoU to curb terrorist financing.<\/p>\n<p>This agreement signed after a month when International watchdog put Pakistan in grey list for terror financing.<\/p>\n<p>The MOU was signed by NACTA Chief Dr Suleman and Chairman SECP Shaukat Hussain in Islamabad on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion, Dr Suleman said the cooperation between NACTA and the SECP is of great importance in the backdrop of international scenario.<\/p>\n<p>He said both the organizations will work together to build the capacity of law enforcement agencies.
