While talking to media in Islamabad he said that \u00a0further revealed that the existence of security challenges pertaining to much-anticipated elections. He said Polling time will expire at 6PM on Election Day. Media can\u2019t announce [polls] result till 7PM\u201d, ECP secretary told reporters. He added that returning officers (ROs) will forward election results through RTS system.<\/p>\n
On issue of recovering Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) from drain in Lahore\u2019s NA-125 Shafiqabad constituency, the secretary responded that probe into the matter was underway. He added, \u201cNADAR has informed electoral watchdog that all recovered CNICs have expired long ago\u201d.\u00a0 Yaqoob stated that as many as 17000 polling stations have been declared sensitive across country whereas 1.6 million staff will perform election duties on July 25.
