{"id":75066,"date":"2018-08-09T18:38:29","date_gmt":"2018-08-09T13:38:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=75066"},"modified":"2018-08-09T18:42:40","modified_gmt":"2018-08-09T13:42:40","slug":"accountability-court-rawalpindi-refuses-to-hear-fabricated-reference-against-mocechs-members-orders-to-shift-case-to-islamabad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=75066","title":{"rendered":"Accountability Court Rawalpindi refuses to hear \u201cfabricated\u201d reference against MOCECHS members, orders to shift case to Islamabad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rawalpindi August 09 (TNS): In a major development, Accountability Court Rawalpindi on Thursday refused to hear fabricated reference against newly elected members of Committee of Ministry of Commerce Employees Cooperative Housing Society (MOCECHS) and ordered NAB Prosecutor to shift the case to Islamabad court.<br \/>\nFour out of six arrested members of MOCECHS body have been produced before Rawalpindi&#8217;s Accountability Court by the anti-graft watchdog for unjustified reference over fabricated charges of corruption levelled by corrupt officials in NAB with nexus of land mafia.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/c2sztqT40YU?rel=0\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>During the hearing in Rawalpindi&#8217;s Accountability Court, NAB Prosecutor sought extension in physical remand of accused trapped in fabricated<br \/>\nThe counsel of accused Ahtasham ul Haq Advocate told the court that the current fabricated reference against newly elected members of MOCECHS based on prejudice aiming to take over the Housing Society.<br \/>\nThe counsel further said that the accused have been granted bails by the Islamabad High Court.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-74623\" src=\"https:\/\/tns.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Mubashar.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"748\" height=\"659\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tns.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Mubashar.jpg 748w, https:\/\/tns.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Mubashar-300x264.jpg 300w, https:\/\/tns.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Mubashar-696x613.jpg 696w, https:\/\/tns.world\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Mubashar-477x420.jpg 477w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 748px) 100vw, 748px\" \/>He told the court that corrupt officials within ranks of NAB with nexus of land mafia have filed fabricated reference and other sub-references and all these references have been filed in Islamabad while hearing of these references should have also been followed in Islamabad instead of in Rawalpindi which proved their preconception.<br \/>\nThe counsel told the court that one arrested member Chaudhry Arshad suffered heart attack in custody NAB while another accused Khushdil Khan is also being tortured by NAB investigation officers.<\/p>\n<p>Rawalpindi&#8217;s Accountability Court judge Shakeel Ahmad expressed his anger and asked NAB prosecutor and investigation officer Mubashirr Karim six times but they failed to convey satisfactory reply.<br \/>\nAccountability court judge Shakeel Ahmad while giving his remarks said that dishonesty of NAB prosecutor and investigative officer in this reference has been proved.<br \/>\nThe judge refused to hear the \u201cfabricated\u201d reference and ordered to shift the case to NAB&#8217;s accountability court in Islamabad.<br \/>\nOn orders of Rawalpindi&#8217;s Accountability Court, the accused were produced before Accountability Court in Islamabad where one arrested member suffered heart attack.<br \/>\nIslamabad\u2019s Accountability Court-2 judge Muhammad Arshad ordered authorities to shift the accused to hospital immediately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rawalpindi August 09 (TNS): In a major development, Accountability Court Rawalpindi on Thursday refused to hear fabricated reference against newly elected members of Committee of Ministry of Commerce Employees Cooperative Housing Society (MOCECHS) and ordered NAB Prosecutor to shift the case to Islamabad court.
