Lahore, Aug. 30 (TNS): Footage of\u00a0a petulant Punjab Information Minister Fayazul Hasan Chohan hurling abuse in an interview has gone viral on social media.<\/p>\n
The minister, who was being interviewed by anchor Zeeshan Malik on Wednesday, ostensibly lost his temper after clips showing him using unbecoming language was broadcast.\u00a0Malik then asked Chohan if he would resort to such language after\u00a0assuming his\u00a0ministerial responsibilities.<\/p>\n
Chohan presented a number of explanations in reply including one on how former Punjab\u00a0Law Minister Rana Sanaullah had used derogatory language for him.\u00a0\u201cRana Sanaullah abused me first. I responded in kind\u201d.<\/p>\n
The host then played another clip of Chohan\u00a0terming Sheikh Rasheed a \u201cghatya\u201d individual who had never remained faithful to anyone. He then presents an open challenge to anyone on money changing hands in connection with 19 NA-56 tickets. \u201cMay my nikaah(s) stand void and I die an unbeliever\u2019s death if I have ever harboured such a thought.\u201d Chohan is then seen subjecting the host of the programme, media and his political rivals to a volley of abuse.<\/p>\n
