The reason for the crash has not been ascertained and an investigation is underway.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month,\u00a0the navy successfully saved lives of sailors onboard fishing vessel \u2018Muhammad Shah Bukhari\u2019, which sank off the Karachi harbour on August 12.<\/p>\n<p>The successful operation was carried out when the boat sank\u00a0due to a technical fault as soon as it entered in the harbour.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPakistan\u00a0Navy remains on full-time alert to ensure a safe maritime environment in the region as well as in the Indian Ocean,\u201d said a press release by the maritime force.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0prompt action of the navy to help the troubled fishermen reflects its professional capacity as well as its resolve to serve its people of the country, added the press release.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; KARACHI, Aug. 31 (TNS):\u00a0At least one naval airman was martyred on Friday as a Pakistan Navy helicopter crashed during a routine operational sortie\u00a0in the Arabian Sea.
