{"id":80682,"date":"2018-12-07T15:41:28","date_gmt":"2018-12-07T10:41:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=80682"},"modified":"2018-12-07T15:41:28","modified_gmt":"2018-12-07T10:41:28","slug":"sc-directs-to-finalize-recommendations-on-constitutional-rights-of-gbs-people-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=80682","title":{"rendered":"SC directs to finalize recommendations on constitutional rights of GB\u2019s people"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<div class=\"newsdetailcontent\">\n<p>Islamabad, Dec. 07 (TNS): Supreme Court has constituted a special committee to finalize recommendations on extending constitutional rights to the people of Gilgit-Baltistan.<\/p>\n<p>A seven-member bench of the Apex court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar passed the order while hearing a case about providing constitutional rights to the people of Gilgit-Baltistan in Islamabad today.<\/p>\n<p>The Committee headed by Attorney General of Pakistan will comprise senior lawyers Aitazaz Ahsan, Salman Akram Raja, Javed Ahmed , Afrasiab and Secretary Ministry of Kashmir Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>The Court directed the committee to take on board all the stakeholders and submit its recommendations by Tuesday next.<\/p>\n<p>The hearing has now been adjourned to 24th of this month.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-lg-4\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Islamabad, Dec. 07 (TNS): Supreme Court has constituted a special committee to finalize recommendations on extending constitutional rights to the people of Gilgit-Baltistan.
