{"id":80763,"date":"2018-12-11T13:28:27","date_gmt":"2018-12-11T08:28:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=80763"},"modified":"2018-12-11T13:28:27","modified_gmt":"2018-12-11T08:28:27","slug":"pm-directs-ministries-to-ensure-achievement-of-targets-set-during-100-days","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=80763","title":{"rendered":"PM directs ministries to ensure achievement of targets set during 100 days"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"col-lg-8\">\n<div class=\"newsdetailcontent\">\n<p>Islamabad, Dec. 11 (TNS): Prime Minister Imran Khan has directed ministries to ensure achievement of the targets set during the last hundred days by formulating effective strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Chairing a special federal cabinet meeting in Islamabad, he said foundation of &#8216;Naya Pakistan&#8217; has been laid.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting, which lasted for nine hours, reviewed performance of twenty-six ministries, while performance of the remaining ministries will be reviewed at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>The cabinet decided to make quarterly evaluation of the ministries&#8217; performance a regular feature.<\/p>\n<p>Giving details of the cabinet meeting, Information Minister Chaudhry Fawad Hussain said each ministry would be given more targets to achieve during the stipulated timeframe.<\/p>\n<p>He said Prime Minister told the meeting that forty percent population is living below poverty line and stunted growth is forty-three percent in the country. The Prime Minister said the Cabinet is duty bound to improve the situation.<\/p>\n<p>Imran Khan said the present government assumed charge at a very difficult time when the country lagged behind in various departments.
