Ankara, Jan. 05 (TNS): Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said Turkish investors have evinced interest in Pakistan’s five million housing project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He made the remarks at the conclusion of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s visit to Turkey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The foreign minister termed Prime Minister Imran Khan’s meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan as very comprehensive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said the Turkish President will soon visit Pakistan along with a high level delegation including the investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The foreign minister said a high level cooperative council will be established between the two countries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The foreign ministers of two countries will meet in the midst of this year to work out the modalities of the council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shah Mahmood Qureshi said a trilateral summit will also be held in Istanbul amongst Pakistan, Turkey and Afghanistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said the Afghan president has also responded positively to attend the summit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, in a tweet today, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Pakistan and Turkey are on the same page on all issues of strategic importance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said the leadership of both the countries will collectively transform their friendship into a more robust partnership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Foreign Minister expressed pleasure over his meeting with Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Ankara.
