Islamabad, Feb. 16 (TNS): A regional situation is developing\nin which India is doing its best to push Pakistan towards diplomatic isolation.\nWe have now no doubt that Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and Indian Prime\nMinister Narendra Modi are on one page against Pakistan and president Ghani has\npublished his self-confession through his own recent tweet by replaying the\nanti-Pak mindset. India has also successfully used USA against Pakistan in\nFATF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is strange that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is\npropagating against Pakistan alleging the charges of money laundering terror financing\nand other false allegations whereas he himself is face of an internationally notorious\nterrorist organization namely RSS is being funded by state of India under PM\nModi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The entire opposition of India is openly demanding to limit\nthe role of RSS, which has become s symbol of terror in India and is likely to\nforce way for BJP to win in the forthcoming elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
India is indulging in terrorist financing in Pakistan\nthrough its spy network in Pakistan and the head of the said spy network was\ncaught red handed who has also confessed doing numerous acts of terrorism in\nPakistan as per plan provided to him by RAW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The international court, trying spy Kulbhushan Yadav must\nnot forget about the victims of Yadav who were butchered by him under the\ndirection of Indian RAW. Will the court not set a precedent by rejecting his\nmercy petition in view of his heinous crime of murdering innocent Pakistanis?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I have sent an open\nletter reproduced as below to the head of FATF with copy to the Secretary General\nUNO and authorities in Pakistan including the Attorney General of Pakistan with\nthe request to place my findings on record before the international court and\nFATF. I would like to place on record of FATF that the Indian\nPrime Minister Narendra Modi is protecting a businessman who had defrauded 45\ninternational banks based in UAE between 1980 and 1998, which has been termed\nas the biggest credit fraud in the history of international banking. They had\nconned these banks of $360 million which were later laundered throughout Middle\nEast as well as European Countries. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
These fugitives are known as Madhav Patel and father B M\nPatel who had colluded with each other in the commission of the above referred\nfraud. Interestingly, Madhav Patel is married to the first cousin of both\nMukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani of reliance group of companies. Mr. Anil Ambani\nis the same person whom Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had favored in the\npurchase of 36 off-the-shelf Fafale aircrafts from France by ignoring a state\nrun company, which the Indian opposition has termed as \u201cModi-gate\u201d. The former French\nPresident Francols Hollande was forced to admit it publically that he was asked\nby the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to give this deal to Anil Ambani and\nhe had to accede to his request. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is a red warrant issued against Madhav Patel, husband\nof the first cousin of Anil Ambani, therefore, he is under full protection of\nIndian Prime Minister Narendra Modi due to his relations with Ambanis. I would\nalso like to place on record that although Madhave Patel is wanted by various\ncountries including UAE and UK yet when he was arrested couple of years ago in\nan unrelated matter, his arrest was not notified to any of the countries which\nhad requested for his extradition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The question arises as to why Indian Prime Minister Narendra\nModi is being blackmailed and forced to favour Ambanis as and when they ask for\nit. It is Ambani Family, which is forcing Indian Prime Minister Modi not to\nexpedite the case of money laundering against Madhav Patel who is living in\nsome place in India provided by Ambani family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Another undue favour the Ambani\u2019s are enjoying from Modi\nGovernment relates to the namesake Prime Minister Narendra Modi, son in law of\nAmbani\u2019s sister. Anil Ambani\u2019s Sister Deepti Salgaonkar has two kids namely\nvikram Salgaonkar and Isheta Salgaonkar. In December 2016, Isheta got married\nto Neeshal Modi, brother of wanted fraud jeweler Nirav Modi. Since August 2018,\nIshita\u2019s brother in law Nirav Modi, an Indian businessman, is wanted by the\nInterpol for criminal conspiracy, corruption, money laundering, fraud,\nembezzlement and breach of contract. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He appeared on the international headlines in early October\n2018 when Los Angeles entrepreneur, Paul Alfonso, filed s US $4.2 Million\nlawsuit in Los Angeles against him and two of his now dysfunctional companies\nnamely Firestar Diamond Inc. and A. Jaffe Inc. According to court records from\nthe superior Court of California, he fraudulently has been dealing in lab\ndiamonds and selling these as real one. His younger brother and Deepti Ambani\u2019s\nson-in-law Neeshal Deepak Modi and manager and close aide Parab Subhash Shankar\nare also wanted by Interpol since August 2018 in connection with the same\ncrimes as Nirav Modi. Nirav Modi is being investigated in a $2 billion fraud\ncase of Punjab National Bank (PNB) also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In February 2018, the Indian government\u2019s Central Bureau of\nInvestigation (CBI) started an investigation on junior Modi, acting on a\ncomplaint from the Punjab National Bank that alleged him. All these cases have\nbeen put under the carpet and obviously who can dare in Indian including CBI\n& RAW to touch the Ambanis and their relatives\/family members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the light of the above mentioned blatant protection of fugitives\nof money laundering and robbery of money of the poor Indians, Indian Prime\nMinister Narendra Modi owes an explanation to justify to the Indian people and\nthe international community about misuse of his public office to benefit only one\nfamily and the RSS. Actually, Narendra Modi is strengthening RSS by such kind\nof money, which is being generated through governmental contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I propose to the Indian media to re-verify these facts,\nwhich is whole true, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has to be prepared to\ntell the world that how is he supporting the terrorist group and openly\nfinancing a terrorist Organization namely RSS, which is too dear to Indian\nPrime Minister Modi. He is only star Prime Minister who is a member of\nTerrorist Organization RSS and yet both the Indian Opposition and International\ncommunity are tolerating him as Prime Minister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is matter of International record that India also transferred\nfunds to Kulbhushan Yadav, the agent of RAW who was caught red handed on 25th<\/sup>\nMarch 2016, while spying and financing terrorist acts in Pakistan and he was\nusing these funds channeled through fake business concerns via covert Indian\nEstablishment based abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After the detainment by Pakistani authorities the Indian\nagent Kulbhushan Yadav admitted himself that \u201cmy name is Commander Kulbhushan\nYadav and I am the serving Officer of Indian Navy, I am from the cadre of\nengineering department of Indian Navy and my cover name was Hussain Mubarik\nPatel, which I had taken for doing some intelligence gathering for Indian agencies\nand had been work ing in Baluchistan at the behest of RAW.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n India has been funding terrorism for a very long period duly\nmanaged by Kulbhushan Yadav through Indian state sponsored terrorist financing\nviolation international money laundering laws. The statement of Indian Prime\nminister Narendra Modi and his Defense Minister is on record threatening\nPakistan of teaching it lesson through destabilization of Baluchistan and\nthereafter RAW agent was arrested in Baluchistan and he has confessed for\nspying and acts of terrorism duly financed by Indian Government under Indian\nPrime Minister Narendra Modi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In view of above facts, it would be appropriate to\ninvestigate the matter of protection of an Interpol wanted money launderer by\nthe Modi Government. Once the investigation is initiated, the victims and the\nconcerned banks would provide documentary evidences to this effect. On the\ncontrary, in order to divert the attention of the international community from\nhis own patronage of money laundering. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had\nengineered propaganda against Pakistan in FATF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ironically, the international community including FATF and\nthe international courts are turning blind eye to the naked involvement of\nIndian Government under PM Narendra Modi in financing terrorism inside\nPakistan. The Indian Prime Minister is equally involved in protecting the\nwanted money launderers for his political and personal benefits. It is in the\nneed of the hour that the international community must recognize the services\nrendered by Pakistan in war & terror.
