Islamabad: Sep 25, 2020 (TNS): Members of Hindu community from across the country are holding sit-in in front of the Indian High Commission in Islamabad to protest against mysterious death of eleven Pakistani Hindus in Jodhpur, India, last month.<\/p>\n
A large number of Hindus, led by MNA and Patron-in-Chief Pakistan Hindu Council Dr Ramesh Kumar, reached Islamabad late last night from Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and various other parts of the country in a caravan.<\/p>\n
The participants of the sit-in chanted slogans against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP government. They demanded a transparent inquiry into the tragic incident from the Indian government.<\/p>\n
They also called upon the international community to provide them justice.<\/p>\n
Talking to media on the occasion, Patron-in-Chief of Pakistan Hindu Council Dr. Ramesh Kumar said India must provide post mortem report and copy of FIR of the incident to Pakistani High Commission in New Delhi immediately.<\/p>\n
Dr. Ramesh Kumar said the peaceful protest of the Hindu community will continue till acceptance of their demands.<\/p>\n
He said we want transparent investigation into killing of eleven Pakistani Hindus at Jodhpur.<\/p>\n
He asked the Indian government to share all details and investigation reports with the Hindu community and Pakistan.<\/p>\n
He said every Pakistani and specially Hindus want peaceful neighborhood for promotion of trade and tourism.<\/p>\n
