{"id":98052,"date":"2021-07-29T16:43:09","date_gmt":"2021-07-29T11:43:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=98052"},"modified":"2021-07-29T16:43:09","modified_gmt":"2021-07-29T11:43:09","slug":"pm-performed-balloting-of-lda-city-apartments-in-islamabad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tns.world\/?p=98052","title":{"rendered":"PM performed balloting of LDA City Apartments in Islamabad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Islamabad: July 29, 2021 (TNS): Prime Minister Imran Khan performed the balloting of LDA City Apartments in Islamabad on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>The LDA City Apartments is a joint venture of Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NAPHDA) and Lahore Development Authority (LDA), under which four thousand flats are being constructed.<\/p>\n<p>Two thousand flats will be given to those registered with Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority while the remaining two thousand flats to the ones registered with the LDA.<\/p>\n<p>For each apartment, the government will provide a subsidy of three hundred thousand rupees.<\/p>\n<p>The total price of each apartment is 4.7 million rupees.
