India’s ED set to register false case against Shabbir Shah

NEW DELHI, July 28 (TNS): India’s Enforcement Directorate (ED) after getting seven days remand of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) General Secretary, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, is all set to register a false case against him.

According to Kashmir Media Service (KMS), Shabbir Ahmad Shah was picked by the ED from Srinagar on Monday night in connection with a decade-old fake case registered against him. On the next day, he was airlifted to New Delhi.

An ED official talking to media said that now they had got the permission from the court to have custodial interrogation of Shabbir Shah. He said that they were planning to register a case against the APHC leader.
