Libya’s warring rivals resume talks in Geneva: UN

United Nations: Feb 21, 2020 (TNS): The second round of talks among warring parties in Libya to achieve a cease-fire has been resumed in Geneva.

In a statement, U.N. special envoy Ghassan Salame said separate talks dealing with Libya’s financial and economic situation are moving ahead while political talks are set to begin in Geneva next week.
