Pakistan condemns London terror attack

ISLAMABAD, June 4 (TNS): Pakistan on Sunday strongly condemned the terrorist attack in London resulting in loss of precious lives and injuries to many.

At least 9 people including three attackers were killed on weekend while 48 others sustained injuries in London terror attack.

In a statement denouncing the terrorist attack on Sunday, the Prime Minister said we stand in solidarity with the people and government of United Kingdom.

He expressed condolences to the bereaved families and prayed for early recovery of the injured.

In a statement on Sunday, the Foreign Office spokesperson also condemn the attack saying the people and government of Pakistan stand in solidarity with the United Kingdom and its people in this hour of grief.

He reiterated Pakistan`s stance that terrorism is a global menace and as a common challenge it needs to be tackled with collective effort and cooperation.
