Erdogan stresses need for holding dialogue to resolve gulf crisis over Qatar

ANKARA, June 17 (TNS): Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has stressed the need for holding dialogue to resolve the Gulf crisis over Qatar.
Talking to Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and French President Emmanuel Macron on telephone, the Turkish President exchanged views on the Qatar crisis with a view to immediately ease tension in the region.
The leaders of the three countries emphasised that dialogue is the only way to resolve the current tension in Gulf.
