Islamabad, July 2 (TNS): PPP leader Rehman Malik termed allegation leveled by Abid Sher Ali and other PML-N leaders’ as the bunch of lies and ignorance.
Senator Rehman Malik in a statement said that Supreme Court orders are being humiliated by ruling party leaders added that the apex court must take notice of their statements and contempt of court should be charged against PML-N ‘gang’.
Senator Rehman Malik said he has never served on the post of Inspector in the FIA.
“Abid Sher Ali’s statement that “Rehman Malik was an Inspector in the FIA” is a proof of his ignorance and lies”, he added.
Malik said N-League leaders – after appearing before JIT – spread false propaganda against him and the nation has rejected this bogus propaganda.
He demanded the Supreme Court of Pakistan to take notice of abusive language and controversial statements made by Abid Sher Ali and others.
PPP Senator said he did not appear before the JIT voluntary but has been present before probe team on orders of Supreme Court and criticizing his appearance was contempt of court.
