Secretary Information lauds professionalism of outgoing Director News and Current Affairs Javed Khan Jadoon

Islamabad, March 29 (TNS): A farewell party in honour of outgoing Director of News and Current Affairs Javed Khan Jadoon was held at Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation in Islamabad this evening. He is retiring from his service after thirty four years long association with the national broadcaster. Addressing the ceremony, Secretary Information and Director General Radio Pakistan Shafqat Jalil said the passion, hard work and professionalism describe the personality of the outgoing Director News.

He said Javed Khan Jadoon used his experience and professionalism to bring improvement in Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation, which he described as one of the finest institutions of the country.

The Secretary Information also conveyed the good wishes of Minister of Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhary, who is in Saudi Arabia, for Javed Khan Jadoon. Speaking on the occasion, the outgoing Director News Javed Khan Jadoon said that he made utmost effort to promote the name of the broadcasting house and bring it at par with other international media outlets.

He said Radio Pakistan being the national heritage announced the creation of Pakistan.
