Water crisis worsens in Rawalpindi


Rawalpindi, April 10 (TNS): The residents of Union Council Koral are facing shortage of water due to negligence of authorities concerned in Rawalpindi as people accuse them of rewarding the Tanker mafia.

Due to negligence and bad-management of Chairman UC Qaisar Bhatti the areas of Union Council Koral are still out of water, as tanker mafia robs them by exploiting their helplessness.

TNS visit the area where the residents have accused the authorities concerned of being indifferent to their problems as repeated complaints have landed on deaf ears.
They said that the Cantt Areas of the city are facing shortage of water for the last several years.

TNS team tried to contact Chairman UC Qaisar Bhatti but could not find him.
