Islamabad: Jan 12, 2022 (TNS): Cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very cold in hilly areas during the next twelve hours.
Dense fog is likely to prevail in upper Sindh, plain areas of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Frost is expected in Islamabad and Potohar region during morning hours.

Islamabad and Gilgit three degree centigrade, Lahore seven, Karachi eleven, Peshawar five, Quetta minus two, Murree minus one and Muzffarabad two degree centigrade.
According to Met office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy and very cold and dry weather is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anatnag, Shopian and Baramula while cold, dry and foggy in Jammu.
Temperature recorded this morning: Srinagar and Pulwama minus four degree centigrade, Jammu six, Leh minus fourteen, Anantnag minus three, Shopian and Baramula minus two degree centigrade.
