Lahore: Jan 27, 2022 (TNS): Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar has said that government’s top priority is to strengthen the institutions.
While talking to different delegations belonging to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf at Circuit House in Bahawalpur on Thursday, he said that in order to eradicate corruption from the society, all political and religious parties along with every segment of society should play their effective role.
He said that the holding of local bodies elections will be helpful for resolution of problems at grass root level.

The Governor said that Sehat Insaf Card is gift for poor people from the government.
He said that for the development of South Punjab, unprecedented measures are being taken while speedy completion of Punjab Aab-e-Pak Authority’s projects is being ensured by government.

Earlier, on his arrival at Circuit House Bahawalpur, he was warmly welcomed by Vice Chancellor Islamia University Bahawalpur Professor Dr Ather Mahboob, Bahawalpur’s Commissioner, Regional Police Officer, Deputy Commissioner and other high ranked civil officers.
