Islamabad: Jan 27, 2022 (TNS): Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi says the Karachi incident has exposed the fake champions of democracy.
He was talking to different leaders of MQM-P including Minister for Information Technology Syed Amin-ul-Haque and Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, on telephone on Thursday.
The Foreign Minister said dispersing peaceful protests with force and shelling is a denial of democratic rights.
He said Sindh’s Local Government Law has been rejected by all parties including PMl-N. Being the Vice Chairman of PTI, the Foreign Minister called for changing the Sindh’s Local Government Law on priority basis.
