Target killers belong to MQM London: Colonel Qaisar

KARACHI JULY 26 (TNS): Rangers’ spokesperson Colonel Qaisar Khan Khattak said on Wednesday that two persons were killed in the Korangi town Karachi on July 17 in a target killing. The accused belong to the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) London.

While addressing a press conference Rangers’ spokesman said that the accused have accepted the crime. They were in touch with the South African setup through social media. They got messages via Whatsapp from South Africa. After the target killing incident, the MQM founder Altaf Hussain called them and appreciated the accused for successful attempt. The accused have given the names of their companions as well.

At the press conference the voice messages’ recording was also provided as a proof.

Colonel Qaisar warned that the time is gone when the Karachi city was shut down on a call from the MQM founder Altaf Hussain. “Such kind of extremist elements will be eradicated with a strong hand,” he added.
