KASHMORE July 29 (TNS): Breach in a canal inundated acres of agricultural land and many residential houses here on Saturday.
According to details, a 40 metre wide breach emerged in Gharo Canal near Tangwani town of Kashmore.
Despite being informed timely, the irrigation department team reached the scene after prolonged delay. In the meantime the local people on self-help basis started efforts to fill the breach.
